The Importance of Impressing and Captivating our Clients

An image is said to be worth a thousand words, and to us, this refers not to the physical aspect of our people, but to their knowledge, behavior and added value offered to our clients, in response for each service request.

 

Representing Interesse and transmitting its competitive advantages, requires not only an in-depth knowledge of our client’s businesses, but also solid communication skills and a great passion for what we do.  Armed with these skills, our people will make a good impression from day one, generating in clients and prospects the confidence needed to start great business relationships.  Even if we do not do business at the time, a seed is planted, so that we can work together in the future.

 

Such was the case with “Atento”, one of the leading call centers in the country with more than 5,000 employees.  Two years before even starting to work for them, we participated in an RFP process.  Our proposal was solid, but the very needed “confidence factor” was not yet developed with the Purchasing team.  After two years of constant contact and advisory in health insurance matters, we managed to create a great business relationship, which finally allowed us to compete for their business and win.

The challenge after captioning such a leading firm, was to fulfill all our servicing promises, therefore showing the client that they took a great business decision by extending a Broker of Record Letter to us.  The second part of our Mission Statement was fulfilled: “To Captivate our clients”, ensuring long term business relationships and lasting friendships.
